Keprock QBO Connector ("the Application") is a private, internally developed integration built and operated by Keprock LLC ("Keprock," "we," "us") solely for Keprock's own internal business use and for use in connection with the bookkeeping and management services Keprock provides to its clients. The Application is not distributed, licensed, or made available to the general public, and it is not offered through any application marketplace or app store.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's Application Programming Interface (API) using OAuth 2.0 authorization, for the sole purpose of retrieving and processing accounting data on behalf of Keprock LLC and its authorized bookkeeping clients, in support of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting services.
Access to the Application is limited to Keprock LLC personnel. Each connection is authorized on a per-company basis, only after the applicable QuickBooks Online company owner (Keprock LLC itself, or a Keprock client under an active engagement) has granted authorization through Intuit's standard OAuth consent process. No third party may access, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Application or the data it retrieves.
Data retrieved through the Application is used exclusively to provide bookkeeping and accounting services and is handled in accordance with Keprock LLC's Privacy Policy, available at keprock.com/privacy-policy. Access tokens and related credentials are stored in encrypted form and are not shared with any third party.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal operational use. Keprock LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond its intended internal use.
A connected QuickBooks Online company may disconnect the Application's access at any time through QuickBooks Online's own "Connected Apps" settings, or by contacting Keprock LLC directly.
